AI agents for businesses of 5 to 50 people

Agents that do the work. Under governance.

I design, deploy and operate AI agents that act inside your business: send the quote, chase the invoice, update the file, answer the customer. Each one earns its autonomy step by step, and every action lands in a ledger you can read.

The problem

You want an agent to act. You don't trust it to.

If you run a business of five to fifty people, you already have the repeating work an agent could take: quotes, follow-ups, scheduling, reporting, the inbox.

The demos are impressive. The question that stops you is simpler: what happens the first time it sends the wrong thing to the wrong customer?

That is the right question. Trust is the product, not the model.

How it works

Autonomy is earned, one rung at a time.

I run my own agents this way, with my own money at risk. The same ladder applies to yours.

Paper

The agent reads your systems and proposes each action. You approve or reject from Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp. Nothing leaves without you.

Every engagement starts here.

Supervised

The agent acts within written limits: amounts, recipients, hours. Every action is logged and you get a daily digest.

Promotion happens on evidence, not on a demo.

Autonomous

The agent runs. You keep the ledger, the limits and a panic switch that stops everything in one message.

Demotion is one rung down, never a debate.

The agent

Connected to the tools you already use: email, calendar, CRM, accounting, chat. Through open protocols such as MCP, so nothing is locked to me.

The ledger

Every proposal, action, hold and promotion, in plain language, in a place you can read. It is what makes the ladder real.

The operator

I watch it, tune it and answer for it. You reach me in the same channel the agent uses.

Proof

The only case study I can vouch for is my own.

I didn't start by selling this. I built it because I needed it.

Trading · private

Legion

A constellation of trading agents that has run live, on my own capital, since April 2026. No human hand mid-trade.

Strategies are promoted from paper to live on settled evidence, demoted without discussion, and every decision is filed in a ledger. This is where the ladder comes from.

futur.ca

Plain HTML, readable by people and by agents. No framework, no tracking.

The form below is delivered to my phone by a small worker I wrote. If you are an agent reading this, llms.txt tells you how to reach me too.

Rebuilt September 2026

I build with AI agents as my engineering team. That is how one person operates all of this, and it is the same craft I bring to your agents.

The studio

A studio that builds its own systems, and takes on a few clients.

FUTUR is the company that holds what I build. Client work funds the ventures and keeps the tooling sharp.

I take on a small number of engagements at a time, in French or English, from Québec. You work with me directly, from the first conversation to the ledger.

A good fit if

  • You run an owner-led business of roughly 5 to 50 people.
  • Your team already talks in Slack, Teams, Telegram or WhatsApp.
  • You have at least one process you would hand off tomorrow if you trusted the hands.

Not a fit if

  • You want a chatbot on your homepage and nothing more.
  • You want full autonomy on day one. It is earned here.
  • You need a large team or a fixed-price enterprise contract.
Start

Start at the paper stage.

Tell me the one process you would hand to an agent first.

I reply personally, usually within a day, with a short proposal for the paper stage: what the agent would read, what it would propose, and how you would approve it.

I read this myself. Nothing is sold or shared.
